As a Marketing Programs Manager, you will play a key role in turning strategic plans into successful campaigns that include events, webinars and digital programs.  As Marketing Programs Manager, you will own the planning, execution and reporting for these programs which support business objectives, drive high quality lead acquisition and conversion, and foster customer retention.

Responsibilities

  • Own the events and webinar programs from planning, implementation, lead follow up and reporting
  • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across multiple channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
  • Contribute creative ideas and make recommendations on marketing tactics
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including lead acquisition costs, lead flow, and conversion and retention rates
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and to maximize program results and lead follow-up
  • Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors

Skills and Experience

  • Experience building multi-channel marketing programs, managing events and webinars, and reporting on program results
  • Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
  • Strong project management skills
  • Keen attention to details
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Ability to travel as necessary, post-pandemic
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Familiar with the following software/tools: Zoom for webinars, HubSpot, Salesforce and Google and Microsoft applications
