Cloudleaf’s PMO team is looking for a Release Project Manager to lead the continuous delivery of releases for our products. You are energetic, flexible and capable of managing large scale/complex engineering projects in a fast-paced environment. You are hands-on, partnering closely with DevOps, Development and Quality Assurance teams. You are the point of contact for communicating release information across the enterprise. In this role, you will significantly contribute to the evolution and scale of our release process, enabling us to deliver value to our customers efficiently and seamlessly. You have strong hands-on release and project management experience in a dynamic IT environment. We are considering both regular employee candidates as well as hiring a consultant who could convert to a regular employee.
BA/BS/BE in Computer Science or equivalent degree with 5+ years of technical project management experience in technical industry
Experience working in a release management capacity for software development
Experience with Systems Development Lifecycle, specifically Agile/Scrum
Expert in Agile and Scrum methodology, familiar with Sprint ceremonies
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must work effectively and professionally with cross-functional groups across divisions, worldwide, as part of a team
Must exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and be able to make good, timely decisions
Comfortable with proactively and independently driving for results in small team environments
Ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
Effective leadership and analytical skills
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, QA, support and DevOps teams
Self-motivated with strong documentation and presentation skills, and experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Supply chain & asset management experience is helpful, but not required
